IntroductionHi!, My name is Amber Sekoll. I'm a member of The University of Rhode Island's class of 2017. I'm majoring in biology, and would like to do something in the medical research field after I'm finished with school. I grew up in a small town in Connecticut called East Hampton, and was an East Hampton High School "bellringer" before I became a ram! As you can see, I used to be a part of my high school's track and cross country teams. I did it all four years of high school, and I eventually found my love through track- pole vaulting! I plan to continue my track career here at URI, and hope to help our team win Atlantic 10's this year! In addition to pole vaulting, I also enjoy going to the beach, reading, hiking, camping, long distance runs, dancing, tumbling, and trying new foods! After I graduate from URI, I plan to start training for marathons, and maybe become a pole vault coach some day!
